Terms & Conditions
We expect all of our Customer to be responsible for the spelling and general layout of the final product. The Customer must provide a clear and concise description of expectations in the ‘customization’ process step. This is possible by reviewing and approving your customization before submitting. Crystal Awards & Gifts will be responsible to deliver the Customer requirements once details are approved and submitted.
Orders and Cancellations
Once an order has been accepted it cannot be cancelled. Cancelled orders are subject to all costs incurred up to the time of acknowledgement of cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing via the contact us link on our website.
Copy Changes and Corrections
Copy changes may incur additional costs. Any personalization details, including names, titles, dates, etc. must be provided in a compatible text document file. Prior to production, corrections can be made, however once processes changes will be subject to additional charges.
Design Charges
Custom design fees for 3D image creation are charged on a per project basis, factoring in the complexity of design work required. Costs associated with standard design changes will be quoted ahead of production.
Foreign Orders
All orders shipped to countries other than Canada and the United States may be subject to additional fees, including duties and taxes. Any fees, anticipated or unanticipated, levied after shipment are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Pricing
Our pricing reflects typical engraving times for most designs. Complex designs may be subject to additional costs due to increased laser time. Personalization and other customization charges are itemized on quotations. Costs are shared prior to production for Customer approval. Orders are subject to packaging and handling fee quoted on a per carton basis.
Prices and products offered through our website are subject to change without notice.
Inventory Availability
While every effort is made to maintain all items in inventory, we cannot be held responsible if any item is unavailable. The shapes and specifications listed reflect our crystal inventory. All sizes, capacities, dimensions, etching sizes and weights shown and quoted are approximate. Crystal Awards and Gifts will notify the Customer about available inventory.
Reduced Order Size
Order quantities may be reduced at any time before production of the order. All changes in order quantities must be made in writing and acknowledged by us before the change is made effective. If order size is reduced after production has commenced, any quantities produced beyond those desired are at the cost of the customer. Pricing will be adjusted to reflect the new final order quantity.
Rush Orders
We will make every effort to produce the order in the desired time frame without a rush charge. However, rush order charges may apply in situations where we are asked to meet extremely tight deadlines, and where previous customer commitments, or inventory status necessitate such charges. The Customer will be informed of any rushed order charges prior to our taking action to produce and ship the item(s).
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All orders must be paid in full prior to production. Your credit card will be charged at the time of your order.
Terms of Payment
Unless otherwise agreed by Seller in writing, all payments are to be made in advance at the time of ‘checking out’ the product. Seller accepts payment by PayPal and most major credit cards, but payment methods are subject to change from time to time. By using a third party-service, Buyer may also be subject to an agreement with the third party. PayPal is a third-party service provided by PayPal, Inc. and is subject to the PayPal User Agreement. The customer represents and warrant that (i) he/she are duly authorized to use the payment method use for the purchase and (ii) he/she will pay charges including all applicable taxes. If Buyer fails to make any payment when due, Buyer shall be liable for all costs and expenses related to collection, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs.
Production and Process Timing
Allow minimum 5-7 business days from art approval to process and ship your awards and/or gifts. We appreciate additional lead time whenever possible to allow our designers to manufacture all orders and meet expectations.
Packaging
Standard and highly secure packaging for crystal products includes individual gift boxes. All products come individually white sleeved.
Trademarks and Submitted Artwork
All trademarks or logos shown in our catalog/website are for illustration purposes only. Artwork submitted to us is assumed to be in compliance with all applicable laws governing trademarks and copyrights. Responsibility for such compliance rests with the customer. Logos, pictures and trademarks displayed in this catalog/website have been reproduced only as examples of work. They are not presented for resale nor are they to be construed as product or brand name endorsements.
Shipping
Prices listed herein do not include shipping to the Customer. Delivery is by ground transportation unless otherwise specified in writing by the customer. Ship date refers to the date the item is available for shipping. USPS 2-5 Business days.
Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are based upon prompt receipt of all necessary information from Buyer. Delays in securing Buyer’s approval of any matter shall, at Seller’s discretion, extend the date of delivery. Seller shall not be liable for any claim, loss, expense, or damage of any kind whatsoever for delivery delays or loss or damage in transit. Buyer (Customer) shall pay all custom fees, taxes, and duties in addition to the purchase price of the Goods.
Carrier Type
We ship all courier orders via UPS, USPS Ground service. Other UPS and USPS services are available upon customer request. Please contact us on options. Other carrier services can be arranged upon customer request. Any pickup charges will be charged to the customer, and the customer bears all responsibility for loss, damage and/or the requested carrier's failure to meet their service commitments.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the carrier's shipment tracking numbers. Shipment progress may be checked using the carrier's online system.
Damages & Breakage
Each item will be carefully packed prior to shipment. Packaging standards have been proven and guaranteed, Pictures of all packages will be taken prior to shipping. In the event your order is received broken you must contact us via our website. Our customer service department will respond within 24 hours of receipt with pictures of the broken item, there are no exceptions. All packing material including original box, peanuts, and bubble material must be saved in the event a claim has to be filed with the delivering carrier whom also has the right to inspect the package and its contents at the receiver’s address. If we find your item is broken, we will replace it with an exact duplicate at no charge including shipping. You will receive the same exact crystal you received; changes cannot be made.
Returns
Engraved product is not returnable or refunded, except as described in Satisfaction Guaranteed. Contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt, there are no exceptions. Please contact us, on our website, in order to receive a Return Authorization Number, this unique number must be clearly visible on your return shipping label. Merchandise returned without receiving a RA number will be refused and/or sent back to the sender. If an item is returned, all packaging material must be included along with a copy of your return authorization and a copy of your original receipt.
Refunds
Once we get your return in the mail, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. This process can take several days.
The 20% design fee built into the cost of your crystal is not refundable. This fee partly covers the time and creative labor put into personalizing your crystal. Even if you decide to return your crystal, our designers still need to be compensated for their work.
We may only be able to issue a partial refund for items not in their original condition.
Fees for expedited shipping options become non-refundable once the order is shipped.

The following terms govern the use of our website. If you, the customer, do not agree to these terms please don't use our website. The content on this website is for general informative use only and is subject to change at any time without notice. Images and information supplied are the property of Crystal Awards and Gifts and must not be reproduced or distributed without our expressed permission. The website uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you, the Customer, do allow cookies to be used, personal information may be stored by us.
All trademarks reproduced on this website, not including Crystal Awards and Gifts, are not the property of Crystal Awards and Gifts. Logos and trademarks are used with permission and do not imply endorsement from a company unless otherwise stated. Reproduction of these assets is restricted without permission from both Crystal Awards and Gifts and the respective company or team.
Improper use of this website may raise claims for damages and/or criminal offense. Unauthorized access to Log In areas is strictly prohibited. If this website links to another website not owned and operated by, Crystal Awards and Gifts, then we do not have any responsibility over the content or liability regarding said website. These links are provided for your convenience.
Limited Warranty
Seller warrants the Goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship at time of delivery; provided, however, Seller shall have no liability for loss or damage occurring during or as a result of shipment. THESE ARE SELLER’S ONLY WARRANTIES. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Buyer shall inspect the Goods upon arrival, and Buyer shall notify Seller within 24hours of receipt via email to Crystal Awards and Gifts if the Goods are non-conforming. Failure to give written notice to Seller during such period will constitute satisfactory shipment by Seller and irrevocable acceptance by Buyer of all Goods. Refunds will be made less the original shipping and handling costs and the 20% design fee which shall be Buyer’s exclusive remedy. Goods must be in like-new condition in its original packaging and shipped prepaid to Crystal Awards and Gifts. PO box address is provided on the website, under Contact us. Any claims not made per above are deemed waived by Buyer. Seller’s warranty does not attach to Goods not manufactured by Seller. Seller will pass on to Buyer the warranty, if any, it receives from the manufacturer of such Goods, but only to the extent allowed by the manufacturer. Seller’s aggregate liability to Buyer or anyone claiming through or on behalf of Buyer, with respect to any claim or loss arising out of or relating to any Goods or alleged to have resulted from any act or omission of Seller, whether negligent or otherwise, and whether in tort, contract, or otherwise, shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the price received by Seller for the Goods with respect to which such liability is claimed. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, LIQUIDATED, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR ANY OTHER LOSSES OR EXPENSES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Intellectual Property
Buyer represents and warrants to Seller that: (i) Buyer is the owner or authorized licensee of all photographs, prints, diagrams, models, technical drawings and other intellectual property disclosed or otherwise provided to Buyer by Seller and all rights therein (collectively, “IP”); (ii) Buyer has full and sufficient right, title and authority to grant and does hereby grant Seller the right to use and create derivative works of the IP for purposes of manufacturing the Goods and performing hereunder; and (iii) the IP does not infringe any intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person or entity
Indemnification
Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold Seller and its affiliates harmless from and against all claims, suits, demands, losses, liabilities, damages (including injury and death) and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) (collectively, “Losses”), arising out of or relating to: (a) Buyer’s provided IP including claims that Buyer’s IP infringes the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person or entity; (b) Buyer’s non-compliance with any Law; and (c) breach of these Terms by Buyer.
Termination
Seller may, in its sole discretion, reject an order for Goods at any time for any reason without liability other than the refund of the purchase price paid for the affected Goods.
Relationship of Buyer and Seller
The relationship between the parties is that of independent contractors. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, joint venture or other form of joint enterprise, employment or fiduciary relationship between the parties, and neither party shall have authority to contract for or bind the other party in any manner whatsoever.
